Welcome here, this place will be more convenient for us to discuss such topics .instead of email. this will give us one clear view of our responses and keeps track with date and time stamp.  It also will definitely  help us to keep our discussion responses with in the context of the thread, I hope you all agree that sometime we tend to drift away from the subject and get engaged in different subject than the original.
